IIAPHS is implementing the project “A partnership for change: reducing work-related stress and violent emotions”, based on contract no. 2017-1-RO01-KA202-037420.
The project is funded through the Erasmus + 2017 Program Strategic Partnership in Vocational and Educational Training which provides opportunities for the staff to participate in professional training and gain experience at European level, to enable development of new professional skills.
The main results to which IIAPHS will contribute are:
a) increasing the quality and relevance of the exchange experience at European level;
b) developing innovative approaches and promoting the exchange of good practices and their dissemination;
c) improving the staff competences in providing care services for staff working with people in difficult life situations.
Partners in the project are: Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs/Center for Psychosociology, Romanian Border Police, Rahova Penitentiary, Trondheim Municipality and Phoenix Haga from Norway, University of Salamanca Spain, Rivensco Consulting ltd. from the Republic of Cyprus and Zivac Grup Central srl in Romania.
Within this project, the following activities are planned to be carried out: Study on the specific needs related to anger management and stress; Manual for Anger, Violence and Stress Management; Online Resources on Anger, Violence and Stress Management; Miniguide on Anger, Violence and Stress Management; Training to optimize the use of the Projectʼs results.
